Diversity University

Diversity University is a weeklong project that our SIFE team conducts at a local elementary school in Springfield, MO. The project is much like our Laredo project, but more localized. We work with various lesson plans included on this site to teach elementary students the basics of starting and running a business and all the diverse aspects therein. Students learn foreign language skills, exchange rates, product development, marketing, etc. and at the end of the week the students have a chance to sell their products at a school wide marketplace.
